Richard Lozano (Rick) serves as Senior Vice President of GPO Operations & Manufacturer Relations for AmerisourceBergen. In this role, Rick is responsible for compliantly growing our Specialty GPOs through manufacturing contracting services and the leading the operations and digital solutions infrastructure supporting the Specialty GPOs.

With 25 years of industry experience, Rick leads and directly manages contract negotiations with manufacturers, member rostering, and other operations across the three networks within AB Specialty GPOs, ION Oncology Practice Network, Specialty Practice Network, and Health Systems Specialty Network. 

Before rejoining AmerisourceBergen, Rick spent two years as Chief Commercial Officer for AeroSafe Global, executing their go-to-market strategy, contributing to a strong sales pipeline, enhancing marketing strategy, and continuing to establish AeroSafe as a leader in the cold chain solutions segment. Prior to that, he was a part of the AmerisourceBergen team, where he held leadership roles in the commercialization of biosimilars and within ION focused on fostering relationships through business development with its manufacturer partners and strategic accounts.
